of the Yorkshire and Humberside region. We’ve listed below
the House builders/developers we are currently working for with

brief details of the works we are carrying out for them.

Since been established we
have worked on numerous developments for the various groups
within the George Wimpey group, carrying out the joinery and
dry lining works as one trade package, which has been very
successful over the years, and resulted in been an integral
part of a number of the developments winning awards in the
NHBC Pride in the Job awards. We are currently coming to the
end of their development at Mill Chase, Alverthorpe, Wakefield
where again we have carried out the joinery and dry lining
works as one trade package. |

are currently working for Taylor Woodrow Developments, under
the Bryant Homes name, on a number of their developments in
the Yorkshire region.

Lane, Riddlesden, Keighley
We
are currently coming to the end of this development
of 73 dwellings, where we are carrying out the on site
joinery works on a labour only basis

| Parklands,
Stanley Road, Wakefield
We
are currently working on this development of 175 dwellings,
a mixture of houses and apartments, where we are carrying
out the dry lining works to the dwellings. This
development was a winning development in the 2003 and
2004 NHBC Pride in the Job awards

We have just commenced on this new development for Bryant
Homes, where we are carrying out the joinery works,
on a labour only basis, to the 118 dwellings on the
development, which are a mixture of apartments and houses.

We’ve
just completed joinery and dry lining works for Miller
Homes at their prestige development at Central Park,
Headingley, Leeds. We carried out the joinery works
on a labour only basis and the dry lining package was
supply and fix. The development was a mixture of apartments,
town houses and detached dwellings. |
| Millfields, Bradford
Road, Idle
We are currently carrying out the joinery works, on
a labour only basis, to this development of 55 dwellings.

| We
are currently working for Portford Homes on four of their
developments throughout the Yorkshire region. On all developments
we are carrying out the joinery works on a labour only basis,
and the dry lining package on a supply and fix basis.
- Hilltop, Spen Lane, Gomersal – This is
a development of 56 apartments spread across five blocks.This
development was a winning development in the 2002-2003
NHBC Pride in the Job awards.
- Windmill Rise, Wortley, Leeds – on this
development we have carried out the dry lining works to
the apartment blocks only.
- Green Lane Villas, Green Lane, Garforth - This
is a development of apartments and townhouses, where we
are carrying out the joinery and dry lining works.
- Swinnow Close, Swinnow, Leeds - This is a new
development of apartments and houses, where we are carrying
out the joinery and dry lining works to the apartment
block only.

We
have just commenced this, our first, development for Redrow
Homes, where we are carrying out the joinery works on the
development of 130 dwellings, which is a mixture of apartments
and townhouses. This development is a winning development
in the 2004 NHBC Pride in the Job awards.

Waystone
ltd are a development company specialising in the redevelopment
of various sites throughout the country. We have worked with
them over the past few years carrying out mostly joinery works,
but some dry lining and suspended ceiling works, to various
office buildings on their Barlborough Links Development in
Chesterfield.
