Claywood (Specialist Building Services) Ltd is the new name for the well established building sub contractor, Claywood Joinery. Established in 1986, Claywood Joinery has grown from a partnership, between the now directors, Nicky Clay and Dave Wood, into a flourishing sub contract company, Claywood (Specialist Building Services) Ltd, with a turnover in excess of 1.5 million pounds. The name change and incorporation into a limited company has come about due to the company's ongoing expansion programme, as well as more dry lining contracts been awarded without the joinery contracts.

As a general rule Claywood (Specialist Building Services) Ltd are able to offer an excellent package of supply and fix joinery and dry lining to new build homes, as well as carrying out works on a labour only basis if required.
